Privacy
Privacy policy.
How enquiry data, calculator information, cookies and data-protection requests are handled.
Controller
Algoritmo Regente LDA, operating this website under the Mobi Games name, is the controller. NIF: 517245183. Address: Avenida Duque de Loulé, 12, Lisbon, Portugal. Privacy contact: prodmic@gmail.com.
Information you choose to provide
The project brief may include your name, work email, company, role, business objective, audience, KPI, platform, timeline, budget band and description. The site prepares this information as an email on your device. It is sent only if you choose to send it from your email application.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry information to respond, assess a possible project and take steps requested before a contract. We may also process limited records for business security, preventing abuse and managing enquiries, based on legitimate interests, and retain information where the law requires it.
Calculator and browser data
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. A short result summary can be stored in session storage so it can be carried into the project brief. It is removed when the browser session ends. Detailed calculator or form values are not sent to analytics.
Cookies and analytics
One strictly necessary preference cookie remembers whether optional analytics was accepted or rejected for six months. Analytics is off by default. No analytics provider is currently configured. If that changes, this notice and the cookie policy will be updated before optional analytics is activated.
Recipients and international processing
Your email is handled by the email providers used by you and by Mobi Games. Hosting and technical providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver and secure the site. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the applicable transfer safeguards must be used.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim or required by law. Contract and accounting records follow their applicable legal retention periods.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact prodmic@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados at cnpd.pt.
Security and children
We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards and limit the requested form information. This B2B website and its enquiry form are not directed at children, even though some portfolio projects describe products designed for younger audiences.
